After a few run ins with an incompetent party, some magical killer items, a few shadows, treants and SOME GOOD OL BLACK PUDDING... the party is finally ready to approach BASTION.
The party has had a full rest and is in the valley of the golden fields of Kalmidor. A stray ent protecting Teddy is carrying his unconscious body as the party leads. Gorom the half-orc will stay behind in the farmhouse as Garash, his father, shows the party the way to Bastion. The party has also collected some vials of black pudding and knows of a loremaster and a darkcaster who may have a few answers for them.

Zeed will want to talk to the master of lore about the golden claw he found. He'll also want a new staff since the black pudding ate his. And he'll start looking for clues as to what destroyed his village. He found a strange arrow that may lead to whoever was responsible. (Its ok if Zeed doesn't find any clues for a long time, so he doesn't need to find anything about this in Bastion).
Also, apparently there is a Staff of Healing (DMG p. 202) that can be attuned to a cleric, bard, or druid. We might want to look for one since our party is low on healing ability. (Roger, note the DMG says this is a rare magic item and suggests rare items are for 5th level+ characters.)

Demira will ask around if there is a brothel or house is ill repute to receive services as part of her pack with her patron. She would also inquire about the robes she found and any possible work nearby as she is feeling the pinch of funds at the moment. She is looking mostly for ways to get stronger as she moves back towards her home town, She knows she will need to be much stronger if she is ever to beat her brother in a fight.

With our group we either use tons of healing potions, rest between every battle, hire a pet NPC cleric, or acquire a staff of healing that Olli can use. There doesn't appear to be a wand of cure light wounds in 5E. I think the best long-term solution would be a staff of healing.

No, we didn't find one. I was suggesting we look for one maybe in exchange for our services. Also, it would be hilarious to put Phil the skull on the top of a staff of healing.

The black pudding touched me and stole 1 AC from my SOUL. I don't wear armor, so I dunno how to get my soul back. Listen to more Jazz?

When arriving in Bastion. Bor plans to visit the local Boyer to talk shop, get news, and replenish his supply of arrows. Then off to the tavern to eavesdrop on local happenings. If he runs in to anyone who looks interesting he will practice his urban stalking and follow said person with sneakyness. His objective will be to gather regional information on prospective jobs, strange happenings or other corrupt individuals.

I can also bring the NPC tokens i have...I forgot about them until I saw this come up. Olli will probably stop by the temple of Tymora (if there is one), then check out the alchemy scene in Bastion and then try and find a tavern to preform for food/drink/room.

I think he means the little gemstone/mancala stone things. The glass ones that you put at the bottom of a fish bowl.
After I figure out how to get my AC back, I'll be wanting to head down to a pub and get some ale, make some friends, get some laughs, and who knows, perhaps start a brawl? WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS

It's from the 4e essentials monster vault box. They are all generic wolves/dragons/ghouls/whatever. I used them some last time I ran d&d.

After watching with disapproval as the crowd tore Okay apart, Zeed remembers his promise and locates Okay's head and gives him a light boop. He then returns to the tavern to inform the barmaid that her rat problem has been dealt with, and ask if the rat and floating eyeball slaying covered the cost of the meal and a bed. Lastly before retiring for the night he'll ask Olli if they were able to find help for Theodor.
