Airiel and I found a cool idea for where you can create paper minis out of card stock. Like this. We're going to make minis for our characters in addition to a bunch of general ones for Roger to be able to use. If anyone wants their character turned into a mini just post a pic and we'll bring it next session. If Roger needs anything specific (like a human wizard, or a troop of 10 orcs, or a dragon, etc) just ask and we'll make sure to make and bring them, we found a bunch pre-made ones that just need to be printed. |

I asked for guidelines not specifics. Though specifics would be nice... besides we have NPCs like Ekans that need minis, just because they are made doesn't mean we are fighting them. Just encountering. I would guess their interaction with us would vary greatly based on who they meet first. Still having general race background would be nice. For example, if we are headed into dwarf territory we could have some dwarfs ready.
